La Mirada 22 June 2014 James Barbour (Valjean), Randall Dodge (Javert), Cassandra Murphy (Fantine), Kimberly Hessler (Cosette), Nathaniel Irvin (Marius), Anthony Fedorov (Enjolras), Valerie Rose Curiel (Éponine), Jeff Skowron (Thénardier), Meeghan Holaway (Mme T), Jude Mason (Gavroche), Michael Stone Forrest (Bishop), Emilie LaFontaine (Little Cosette), Olivia Knox (Young Éponine) Closing Night. 2 discs. "There are heads at the bottom and sides that block the actors legs at the front of the stage, particularly on the left, but they are worked around very well and all of the action can be seen. There are no blackouts, no washout, and the video is steady. It’s filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups, and the sound is excellent as usual. Includes curtain call, James’s farewell speech, and playbill scans." |
